The student trumpet market is flooded with inexpensive horns that look fine, but don't necessarilty play well or sound good. The Jupiter 600S is a cut above that ilk. It is a little more expensive than the cheapest of the cheap, and though they may not differ terribly in appearance to the untrained eye, the differences are vast. The 600S features a shimmering silver plate, stainless steel piston valves, and a nice case.
