Developed in close cooperation with C. Bechstein to achieve a stunning re-creation of string and damper resonance, mechanical noises, and other subtle nuances, the Berlin Grand conveys the sound and playing experience of C. Bechstein’s ultimate achievement, the legendary D282. The AP-710 enhances the sound of this, as well as the Hamburg, and Vienna Grands, with brilliant chord resonance and longer, more natural decay than previous-generation Celvianos, ensuring that each sustained note tells its own complete story. The AP-710 also gives you enhanced sensitivity and expression for pianissimo sounds, especially when at pianississimo and softer.

The AP-710 features Casio’s Tri-Sensor II 88-note scaled hammer action keyboard. Through Casio’s meticulous engineering, the Tri-Sensor II delivers stunningly realistic piano feel and response that conveys every nuance of your performances. This scaled hammer action provides the weighting and resistance of a grand piano without the periodic tuning and maintenance that acoustic pianos do. What’s more, the keys feature simulated ebony and ivory surfaces, which not only feel realistic; they wick away moisture to provide a positive grip for confident playing. Education features and more
The AP-710 features a total of 26 onboard sounds, and you have the ability to layer two sounds or split the keyboard to put a bass sound in the left hand. It has a library of 60 songs you can practice at your choice of tempo, utilizing the dual headphone outputs or the piano’s rich-sounding 20W/channel speaker system. Duet Mode splits the keyboard into two identical ranges, letting a student and teacher play simultaneously. The Concert Play feature makes you the star of a piano concerto, playing with the orchestra. You can fine-tune the volume of your piano part, putting you right where you need to be in the mix. This adjustment is also available while playing along with the onboard Song library.
